John Seus
John Seus has 20 years of healthcare industry and consulting experience. He started his career in pharmaceutical R&D at Procter & Gamble. Later, John was a partner for eight years at A.T. Kearney and Deloitte Consulting.
John has led projects in strategy, operations and technology for clients in all sectors of the healthcare industry. He has extensive experience in assisting medical device companies with all aspects of strategy and commercial operations including market assessment, technology assessment, new product launch, pricing, marketing strategy, sales force structure and management and channel strategy. He has assisted clients in establishing value platforms for key products and technologies and bringing them to market including products in orthopedics, cardiology, minimally invasive surgery, transplantation and in-vitro diagnostics as well as computer operating systems and supply chain technologies.
He also has deep experience in operations improvement, benchmarking, cost reduction, outsourcing and functional strategy development in manufacturing and supply chain, R&D, finance and other back office functions for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical device companies.
John holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he was ranked second in his class. He received his MBA from Harvard where he focused on finance and operations.
